Many of us enjoy the comfort of coffee.
Whether it would be black coffee or espresso with milk, it has become a big
part of our culture in Australia. We take pride in our coffee culture. We are
also a nation that is always willing to help the less fortunate in our
communites.
CafeSmart, the annual initiative from charity StreetSmart, is aiming to raise money for the homeless at cafes
nationwide. Cafés, roasters and coffee drinkers around Australia are being
rallied by CafeSmart to help the homeless. On Friday, 7 June 2013, $1 of every coffee sold at
participating cafés will go towards helping the homeless. Please click on the
following link to find out which cafés are taking part for this good
cause: www.streetsmartaustralia.org/findcafe
So let's pick up a coffee this Friday to
help up others. Drink coffee, do good.
